Question:
Excluding foreign restaurants and traditions that use 'forks' and 'spoons' and whatnot. (ex: McDonalds, etc.)
And i'm exaggerating on "everything". It's obvious that you don't cook soup with a chopstick, no?
Answer:
To be honest ... yes. Quite alot of stuff is made by chopsticks here. Cooking chopsticks are very common, and many chefs would feel more comfortable using a pair of cooking chopsticks than a fork for example.
Obviously food is cut by sharp knives (you cant cut with chopsticks!!!) but an awful lot of food is cooked by chopsticks. Even soup ... sometimes. Chopsticks give you alot more precision.
