What are the mainstream political views of the Japanese people?

Liberal or Conservative? Japanese politics is not that simple.
But, extremely simply speaking for you, two main issues in Japanese politics today are:
1) Social welfare (for aging society) - Domestic issue.
2) National security (against the thread from DPRK, PRC and Russia) - International relations.
Unfortunately, none of our political parties in Japan has a firm and convincing principle to deal with these issues, which makes majority of Japanese voters disappointed and flee from politics.
