I happen to like Orange Range, Flow, D-UVERworld, and Sprint.
If your friend likes anime, find out what her favorite theme songs are and track down the song & artist. Instead of having the theme song written specifically for the show like we do here, Japanese anime often takes regular music and uses that, so there's almost always a studio version.
