What towns in Japan were not hit hard by the Tsunami & earthquake?

Were there any towns in Japan that were not hit very hard by the Tsunami & earth quake . Today 3-21-2011 are there any areas where stores are open and people are able to start getting back to normal life ? If yes please let me know what towns ,villages or areas of Japan were not hit ( as bad as others .)

Niigata, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, the islands of Kyushu and Shikoku, and Okinawa are among the towns and regions of Japan that were not hit hard (or at all) by the earthquake and tsunami.
