What's the word for "superb" in japanese (in negative sense)?

Not like: 高級レストラン superb restaurant (this is positive)

I mean the word 'superb' in negative.

And an alternative to the word 強い? Like if I want to say

it's strongly 'unubore', instead of strong I want to use, its 'highly' 'unubore'..

how I can say? (please, write just in romaji, not use kanji or hiragana. thanks!
