Where in/near Liverpool can I buy Japanese-style sweet potatoes (satsumaimo, I think they're called)?

i found mine at a large taiwanese market ("99 ranch"). i suggest you find a large asian market ... need not be japanese.
they do have a quite different taste! i just baked & ate them plain.
