How do you pronounce ganbatte?

Question:

Is it like...

gan-BA-teh, with the emphasis on the "ba"

GAN-bat-eh, with the emphasis on the "gan"

or gan-ba-TEH? With the emphasis on the "te"

Also, am I correct to assume the "gan" is pronounced like the "gan" in the name Gandhi? And the "te" is pronounced like "teh" like the internet phrase "meh"
