What's interesting about Japan?

Question:

I've chosen to do a presentation for an interview about Japan. Obviously I know a little already or I wouldn't have chosen to do it about Japan. I'd like people to contribute interesting facts about the place.

Answer:

Well, I personally like their music and movies/TV shows. I also really love the language. Things most people find interesting about Japan though are the people's attentiveness to the seasons and simplistic beauty... I can't speak much on that, though.
