I have returned from 4 days at the end of July in Chiba Japan am I ok?

I had to visit Chiba and stay there for work for 4 days at the end of July. I am now concerned about radiation exposure and that it may effect me. I was hoping as I was only there a short time I should be ok?

Really, you ask NOW that you have already gone? You do know that radiation poisoning isn't something that can simply be 'fixed', right? Is now really the best time to ask? Are you okay? I think that would depend on how we are defining 'ok'.
