What size is this in japan?

Hello I am trying to buy a coat/jacket and it has the chart of the size I was wondering if anyone can help me with it... which one fit me best >_<. I currently wear a M size pea coat in Canada. I think one size larger would be fine also. Thank you very much if you can help!

That size cart lists sizes in centimetres. Going down it lists sizes for neck, shoulder, sleeve length, sleeve circumference, bust, and waist. The last I assume is hips (but I'm too lazy to look it up). Measure your current coat at these areas and then just get the coat with the closest measurements!
