Can I ship packages to myself while in Tokyo, home to the United states?

I'm going on a family Vacation to Tokyo. One thing I know I'm going to want to do a lot of shopping, so much that I won't be able to carry it all back with me. Is it possible for me to got to a post office in Tokyo and ship items back to my house it the US?
