Hi,I'm 18 years old and planning on getting my GED soon in August. Well my goal is to stay in Japan and go to college at University Of Maryland on the base. BUT,In order to do that I need SOFA. My dad is a retired AF and he has a job on the base in Japan with the benefits,but it is almost time for him to go back to the states and I want to stay here. How can I make it possible?

YOU CAN'T.
Unless you join the US military and hope for one day to be based in Yokota AFB instead of Colorado.
Why not go to the University of Maryland in....Maryland, USA, that is the real option.
