Where does the average Tokyo girl go every day?

I always see these fashionable girls (not including schoolgirls) walking around in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo on weekdays. Where do they go? What do they do?

Answer:

I know that most of them are in College,so they attend it everyday,depending on day or night study,most of them are stay at home moms,so they are shopping,and the better few are just teenagers.Most japanese women dont work so this frees up their schedule more.
