How is Japan doing now?

Question:

They haven't really said anything about how Japan was doing, and I was just wondering if they're doing any better?

Answer:

99%+ of Japan is back to normal. There's still a 20km no go zone around the Fukushima nuke plant, but I've heard that's being relaxed. The plant still isn't under control & won't be for sometime
There's been a big increase in depression & suicides in the area . Many thousands of people are still homeless. Temp housing is being built, but quality isn't high.
The area has been forever changed and will never be like it was before 3 / 11.
