Im going to tokyo japan, are there radiation concerns?

I will be going on vacation in late June, Im not really going to Japan but I will be landing there and waiting 2 hours for a transfer flight to vietnam. Should I prepare myself for the worse when I go there? Will I get Radiation Sickness? Whats the deal and what should I do?
