Do jpop idols make more than kpop idols?

hey im in a band with my best friend and we wanted to know if japanese pop idols make more than korean pop idols. we wanted to try out and see if we can be jpop idols and all that but we want to know how much they make. we were going to try and be kpop idols but since we arent asian we know we have a better chance in japan. we know kpop idols dont make very much but we want to know if jpop idols make more. thanks ^^
