Best place to change hong kong dollar to japanese yen?

hey guys,
going to japan for a few days next week and i needed to change my hkd to yen.
i heard from a few friends that narita airport gave some of the best rates? therefore should i change my cash over there or should i do it somewhere in hk?

dun change ur currency in the airport. they always give u low rate. u should attend to a local bank in HK.... c which 1 u had an account there. then they wil free u the handling charge. like i always change my currency in HK Bank. i had an account there so they wil waive that $50 handling charge. just show ur bank credit card or a passbook wil do.
