I have 5hrs stop over in Narita. Is it worth it to go out in the airport and visit Tokyo?

How long is the express train from Narita Airport to Tokyo? I'm planning to have lunch in Tokyo because I'm sick of airport food.

Answer:

Between 55 minutes and an hour. Multiply that by two.

Basically, you go to Tokyo, eat at the first place you find, then go back to Narita ASAP.

As I'm deathly afraid of losing my transport when I travel, I wouldn't do it. I'd eat in Narita town instead (and visit the Narita-san temple if I have enough time)
