Has anyone heard of this? It's a product from Japan and I was wondering if it was safe to use. Are there any hazards to using it or side effects?

Natural Hose Oil Cleam is OK to use. Actually, it's very good.
No known considerable side-effects, as far as it doesn't contain some chemical additive stuff.
It is believed to have following effect:
moisturizing, promote blood circulation & metabolism of skin, growth of hair, disinfect, good penatration to skin, and it's good for skin irritation, skin beauty, dry skin, skin and muscule pain, chapped skin, minor cut, minor burn, piles, ... and many more.
