My husband came to Okinawa, Japan on an unaccompanied tour, then when he re-enlisted his orders were changed to accompanied. I am trying to get all of our stuff in storage TMO'd out here but HQMC is telling us that we can't because he originally came out here on an unaccompanied tour. Is this true? If so is there any kind of order that I can read that states this?
Answer:
As always with this, your husband needs to ask his commanding officer. Even if you get an answer here, you can't take it to the bank. If you're trying to say that they won't let you get your stuff out of storage though, something doesn't sound right.
