Whats a really good Japanese Drama? =D?

Question:

So me and my couple other friends were just talking about what we though was better, Korea or Japan. of course I said Japan (woot.!) and half of my friends said Korea. We gave some reasons, and one reason my friend gave was these two REALLY good Korean drams. And I just want to show them that the Japanese have just as good shows.
It can be any drama really, something for teenage girls..and it be be fictional, doesn't really matter.
