Could dolphins have been used to spy on Denmark and Japan?

Question:

I have found evidence online of countries spying on Denmark. Japan, a previous leader in car manufacturing and camera technology before many recalls. A dolphin is intelligent and can be trained.
Many with chips or...implanted under their skin could create a cloud of intelligence gathering...possibly.

Who would spy on japan, China? they are caught today on the news stealing U.S. military secrets. Did anybody see the Dolphins off the coast of Somalia stopping prates from taking a Chinese merchant ship? Does anybody remember the yacht with the two couples that were executed after taking a detour from the group of vessels as they were missionaries to spread "The Word" Every time before I've asked this it's been either deleted or taken out of category so as the only one seeing it has clicked my avatar to view and answer. This time I am prepared.
