It's true that it deserves to be called terror in my opinion.

Fukushima Nuke is still unstable and they do not see any goal to stabilize it. (It's been 2 months since the earthquake!!)

So people around the nuke is still on evacuation. But I don't know where your cousins live. So it's better to ask them if you want to know how they are now.
