What's the distance from Fujigoko to Tokyo? And what districts are they in?

I was wondering because was doing some research for an RP installment. =)
I never really could quite grasp the regions of Japan, because I always end up getting confusing maps and such. I appreciate any help you guys could give me. Thanks. =)
