Question:

I'm going to Japan next year for 4 weeks, I'm 5'3" and small framed and I was wondering if I wore like 8cm heels, I'd be 168cm (about 5'6").
Would that be too tall? Or will it look weird or good.
ps. I'm a girl! XD
