How to move to Japan?

Question:

I am a working actress and want to work in Japan along with modeling which I also have experience in. I have the list of agencies I will be submitting to but I just wanted some advice on how to get there, where can I stay, any process I need to go through, etc. I also speak basic Japanese and want to live there for a year at most to also improve my language skills. Thanks!

Acting is not seen as a stable, full-time job in Japan. So it's difficult to get a working visa for acting job. So you need to have another job if you want to get a visa.
