How expensive would it be for...?

If my Japanese club all flew to Japan and stayed there for few a days, how much might we have to raise? We have about roughly 10-13 members and we thought it'd be really cool to have an end-of-the-year trip to Japan (we'd be flying from the US). With everything from the flight itself to booking a hotel to the rest of the expenses, how much would you estimate the cost to be? If this is too costy, what suggestions do you have for an alternative end-of-the-year trip?

With 10 ~ 13 members you might be able to get a group discount. Contact the airline and hotel you are planning on using and ask them directly.
To get an idea of the cost pe person:
Return flight: around US$1200 depending on where you fly from and to.
Hotel: anywhere from US$50 to over $650 per night.
Go to a travel agency near you, and ask if they have group tours.
