first off, japan is a big part of the nation. they are part of asia and not only that but theyre all at high stake. the reason they might not have give san francisco money was because it was one city in one state in North America. plus it hit TOKYO which is the capital.thats like the white house being attacked its a major worlwide problem. they have money yes, but theyre also in a recession. besides theyre going to die and the raidiation is going to engulf japan...where will they live???where will they move?? tell your uncle to think about if the US was being engulfed in radiation
