Are Japanese only racist towards a specific type of people?

Question:

Both my friends( Australian and Egyptain) went there about a year ago, same flights/hotels but they both had different experience , as the Egyptain felt VERY welcomed while the other one felt the exact opposite.Is it that you like Egyptains/hate Australians ?? 'cause on blogs people keep saying how Japanese are racist to everyone(i don't believe so).

So you mean to say, your Aussie friend was discriminated the whole time he stayed in Japan? the whole freaking time???

You see, when someone experiences something bad in a certain country, they tend to talk to it to everybody. They make is so much of a big deal, they create warnings and then scares other people. But that doesn't mean we're all (Japanese) racist to all Australians.

But when someone experiences good, they just share it to few and forget about it. You see the irony?
