Well by best i mean the most...urban part? like alot of skyscrapers and nightclubs and something.....new york/los angeles vibe. I thought maybe Shibuya? serious answers please.
Answer:
Tokyo is a megapolis with many downtown areas like Marunouchi, Shinjuku, Nihombashi etc. Shibuya is just one of them.
If you're looking for a place that has lots of nightclubs then that would be Roppongi. That area has lots of skyscrapers as well.
