When do you think Japan will get back to how it was?

Question:

When do you think Japan will probably get everything fixed, and back to how it was before the tsunami?

Answer:

They say it takes more than 10 years to restore regions in northern Japan.

But many things in Japan and in the world will be changed in the next 10 years. So it will not be like it was before March 11th after all.
