What everyday items are in short supply in Tokyo?

I've heard bottled water is scarce, but are any other basic items still hard to find in stores?

Right now things are getting back to normal. right after the quake, gas and batteries and certain foods were hard to come by. because everyone panic. But now, things are slowly going back to normal and the things that are kind of hard ot get are toilet paper and water and some tobacco brands have stop selling because they were made in the sendai area and certain vegetables.
