The back (second pic) just elaborates more on the same thing, suggesting you use the beads even in the winter when you go skiing or hang them from your cell phone. Even if the beads are at the "weak" level, you could easily tan or burn, so be careful, especially if it goes all the way up to "strong." The bottom paragraph is just full of your usual warnings ("don't expose to open flame," "don't swallow," etc.)
