Does AKB48 ever sings live?

Question:

They lip-sync in all their so-called "performances" I saw at youtube? Do they EVER sing live? Do they know how to sing at all?!? LOL

Yes they sing live. They have their own performance hall in Akihabara, Tokyo. They often have concerts there, nearly everyday in the week I think.

However I don't think they lip sing everything. On their own TV shows they tend to lip-sync more, whereas in concerts and live arenas, I think they actually sing more.

Personally I think they don't know how to sing and are only chosen because of their 'cuteness' or something. But yeah.
