Question:
I am a teen from the USA and I am really interested in getting a penpal around my age from Japan. I just do not know how. We don't have any Japanese teachers at my school so I am at kind of loss. The safer the better I am really looking for someone I can snail mail/email with and maybe even skype. I would prefer english as my japanese is not very fluent at the moment. Is there a safe way to find a penpal from japan?
