I have ideas on how to stop the Meltdown in Japan, how can I get the ideas into someone's useful hands?

additional: if not from a nuclear science POV, then what are you talking about? Stopping the nuclear meltdown IS from a nuclear science POV. What else are they going to do? Pray for it to stop?
