NHK World (http://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/), the site is streaming English language coverage of the events (it tends to loop every ten minutes or so, until there's something new to report). NHK is generally reputable and they take the time to verify information before reporting it, also since it's a Japanese station they have first hand information rather than having to sources like AP or Reuters.
