No. Japanese do not have superpowers, and there is NOT any "radiation floating around from the 2 A-bombs. The general radiation levels throughout Japan prior to two weeks ago, and still now in most of the country, are VERY low. The levels are far lower than in the average world city, and far lower than they are for the average American.
