How many Japanese AV stars have died from unnatural causes and who were they?

I know of one who was pregnant doing a AV movie while pregnant and died of heart distress.

Many American AV stars die from murder, suicide, drugs, HIV etc what about Japan's?

Or is Japanese AV safer for its stars.....

Momoi Nozomi was murdered. I think one of the big issues here is these people are in a milieu where shabu is used. Therefore better drug treatment or harm reduction programs would be helpful. It would be interesting to see who dies younger-pro wrestlers or porn stars?
