Send a parcel to Japan?

Hello everybody,
I have to send a parcel to a japanese friend that sent me a package some time ago on which she wrote:
Haruko Tanaka
X-X-X-X Name of the zone
Name of the ward, City
Japan
What do I have to do if I want to send her something. I just have to copy this address or something else? What can I do to find it on Google maps?

I'd copy it just as she wrote the return address on her package.
