What is 'physician assistant' and 'nurse practitioner' in Japanese?

医師?
看護師 is nurse.. but I'm not sure about the practitioner part :c plz help!

Answer:

Physicians assistant : 医師助手
Nurse pracioner : ナース・プラクショナー 診療看護師

These are not existing in Japan right now.
