2. どう いたしましてdo u & i ta shi ma shi te.
3 線
3.ですよ desu yo

When are they used? Aligato gozaimasu

Answer:

Those seem to be used when you ask the way to go somewhere.
(I don't think it's a good idea to break the phrase down and ask the meaning of each word.)

How much does it cost to go to Osaka?
おおさか まで いくらですか(いくらかかりますか)? to/toward

JPY2000
2000 えん です。

Thank you.
ありがとうございます。

You're welcome
どういたしまして。(Just memorize the phrase. "no hay de que")

Take ○○ -line.
○○ 線にのってください。

”ですよ desu yo” is a colloquial ending expression (declarative but sounds milder than "desu")
