What would be the right time to talk to your girlfriend who lives in Japan and you live in California?

Well I have a girlfriend on youtube who lives in Japan. Her name is Hinata but she likes to be called Jelly. Now she's busy at times and cause of her school or something wrong with her computer I can't talk to her that much. How can I talk to her more and what would be the right time for it?

6 AM here is 11 PM there...
