Will the explosions in japan affect Nintendo company?

While there are much more important things to worry about, to answer your question, no, the cataclysmic events that recently occurred in Japan did not affect Nintendo whatsoever. The 3DS will still be shipped later this month, and all game developments will go as planned. There's no need to worry about this, but perhaps there are other things to be concerned over.
