Can somebody translate this English to Japanese please?

I would prefer a native speaker do this, but if you're fluent in Japanese, why not? Please write it, if you can, in Kana & Kanji, but if not it's okay. Here it is:

Hi. I'm sorry about my poor grammar and vocabulary. What I meant to say in that entry was, "I'm Seline. I'm an American person. I am studying Japanese, but I only know a little. I like to practice my violin and saxophone. It would be really nice if you helped me with my Japanese by correcting this!" I am learning Kanji, so I only used a few well known characters. And I'm using a translator on the internet to write this, so I'm sorry that I'm not that good yet. I will be happy to help you with English if you'd help me with Japanese.
