I'm in love with Japanese culture and and in the process of learning to write an speak the language. Also I frequently have some form of a weave or hairpiece in so I don't think that would be a problem, but when ever i search nothing even CLOSE to the question even pops up. Is it that unlikely? And why?

You need a BA / BS degree to qualify for a work visa, as well as a job offer before you get there.
Chance ? About zero. The only jobs you can get are those that a Japanese can't or won't do. Sorry, but that's how it is in Japan.
