I wanna find my real father in japan, my mom left japan pregnant and she did't tell her boyfriend (my dad) that she's pregnant , the thing is, this happened 19years ago. and now SHE only remembers only the last name of my dad.. (i know it's too late) but is there anyway i can find him? please help me

Without a full name, and a lot of money, this isn't possible to do.
After 20 years, hard telling where the man is now. As in the US, many last names are common. Like Hashimoto, for example, there's thousands of men with that last name.
Sorry, with no record of your birth in Japan, I don't think this is possible.
