I'm 16 old Indian boy and I wanna know in advance that what things are needed to settle in Japan forever?

I was thinking to marry a Japanese girl in future, but I'm scared about job and confused 'cause I don't know what things are needed to go there. What will be the price to go there? I heard that everything is very expensive in Japan.

PS: I'm already learning Japanese
