Question about Cosmates.jp?

Question:

My Nan says that the website isn't safe and that her details will be abused. Yeah, now my friends shop there, and I know their quality. Over the past 3 years their quality has improved, and it's cheap. I really want to buy something!! Also, she shops all over the world on eBay, but because Cosmates is not known all over, she's totally worried. I also want to shop from Fan plus Friend, but I think Nan would say no to that because it's not in England... ): So what can I do? Is Cosmates going to take her details and con her from all of her money? Will Fan plus Friend do that as well?

I don't think cosmates.jp is such a rogue website. They are doing business as usual.
