Daily school scheduale middle school 9th grade Japan?

Hello hello!
Please help me!
I would really like to know how the scheduale of a middle schooler from the 9th grade in Japan looks like.
Would you please name all the subjects they have and how many hours they have them in one week.
Even better would be if you would do it like this:
Monday: First class:
Second class:
(etc.)
Tuesday: First class:
Second class:
(etc.)
And go on like that

PS: It's for a book that I'm writing, I already know very much but this one thing is something I can't seem to figure out. No info about it on the internet (yeah there was one site.. but the info was from 1980 or something like that...)
